Hannah has nearly 20 years’ legal experience across a mix of private practice and in-house roles, predominantly in the energy and telecommunications sectors. She has worked at Chorus since 2014 initially in the legal team before moving to a commercial, customer-facing role in 2019. It was during this experience that Hannah started to become interested in how change is managed by organisations; both internally and when seeking to change how they work with their partners.
Since 2021 Hannah has led significant transformational change within Chorus including the targeted introduction of Agile practices; from a single small-scale front-runner Tribe to her current role as Adaptive Organisation, Tribe Lead working within the People & Culture team.
